Brad Wallace Leads Top-Performing JAN-PRO Territory
Brad Wallace is steering one of the fastest-growing regions for the entire brand.

As a former Manhattan investment banker, Brad Wallace has helped put together his fair share of deals. But after spending six years in the business, Wallace had hit a wall, and he felt like he had reached a point where he wasn’t building anything anymore.

So he decided to scour an assortment of opportunities, and from that experience, Wallace emerged as the master franchisor, president and owner of JAN-PRO of Greater New York, headquartered in Mineola, New York. And with two years with the brand already under his belt, Wallace is dreaming big—he projects that his JAN-PRO master office will be one of the largest in Northern America within the next five years.

Of all the opportunities out there, Wallace chose JAN-PRO because he believes that nowhere else can you find the unique combination of millions of people who are motivated to work hard and become successful. Today, he’s emerged as one of the top performing owners throughout the entire JAN-PRO system. In 2015 alone, his market experienced a top overall growth of more than $1.25 million—a number that proves that Wallace is behind one of the fastest-growing regions for the entire brand.

“Greater New York is perfect for JAN-PRO,” Wallace said. “In addition to the thousands of potential customers and facilities who need the benefits of the JAN-PRO commercial cleaning brand, this community has a great entrepreneurial spirit.”

With his sights set on dozens of local franchisees, Wallace hopes to blanket the company’s territory, Nassau, Suffolk and the five boroughs, with at least 80 franchisees by the end of 2016. On Long Island, Wallace has sold JAN-PRO franchises in Freeport, Westbury (both Nassau), Brentwood, Patchogue and Wyandanch (all Suffolk).
