As a former Manhattan investment banker, Brad Wallace has helped put together his fair share of deals. But after spending six years in the business, Wallace had hit a wall, and he felt like he had reached a point where he wasn’t building anything anymore.
So he decided to scour an assortment of opportunities, and from that experience, Wallace emerged as the master franchisor, president and owner of JAN-PRO of Greater New York, headquartered in Mineola, New York. And with two years with the brand already under his belt, Wallace is dreaming big—he projects that his JAN-PRO master office will be one of the largest in Northern America within the next five years.

Today, he’s emerged as one of the top performing owners throughout the entire JAN-PRO system. On Long Island, Wallace has sold JAN-PRO franchises in Freeport, Westbury (both Nassau), Brentwood, Patchogue and Wyandanch (all Suffolk).
