Pittsburgh Business Times: Premium Franchise Brands Acquired by Incline Equity
The deal marks Incline Equity’s fourth transaction in less than two weeks.

Premium Franchise Brands, the parent company behind the leading commercial and residential cleaning companies JAN-PRO and Maid Right, has been acquired by Incline Equity Partners. The acquisition comes as Premium Franchise Brands was looking for a partner to support its continued growth in addition to evaluating new business opportunities.

Eddie Currie, CEO and President of Premium Franchise Brands, said in a statement, “Incline had notable experience helping business diversify their offerings through adding complementary products and services.”

This acquisition marks Incline Equity’s fourth transaction in less than two weeks.
