The fast-growing commercial cleaning franchise is looking for a new Master Franchisee
JAN-PRO, the fastest-growing commercial cleaning franchise, is looking for new Master Franchisees to develop the Montgomery, Alabama territory. Scott Thompson, vice president of franchise development with Premium Franchise Brands, parent company to JAN-PRO and sister brand Maid Right, says the brand is constantly looking at different territories that are ripe for development. In Alabama, there are a number of markets the brand would like to add Master Franchisees. Thompson went on to say these areas are selected based on economic factors and the potential to grow.
The brand currently has a presence in Alabama, with franchises already based in Birmingham and the Destin, Florida location helps out Alabama residents who live closer to the Florida Panhandle. Ideally, the goal of a Montgomery Master Franchisee is to recruit new entrepreneurs and train employees for the commercial cleaning franchise.
“A Master Franchisee is the linchpin to success with a brand like JAN-PRO,” Thompson said. “These executives work in a two tiered revenue model where they sell new unit franchisees and also sell cleaning contracts with customers. We are on the lookout for a senior level and c-level executive who have a passion to thrive with a growing business and a drive to be their own boss.”
JAN-PRO is a full-service commercial cleaning franchise with the most innovative cleaning products on the market. They are able to service gyms, offices, daycares, schools and retail locations. The commercial cleaning industry is a growing one and according to the JAN-PRO Franchise Disclosure Document’s Item 19 earnings claim, Master Franchisors can enjoy $4.1 million in gross billings, with a nearly $1 million in gross profit.
Master Franchisees are able to get into business for themselves, hire the staff they want and cultivate a loyal customer base that they will do business with for years to come. JAN-PRO provides an extensive training course for hungry entrepreneurs and has a strong infrastructure that is available to answer any questions. JAN-PRO estimates the total investment should range from $172,750 to $757,000, depending on location, real estate and working capital needs.
Thompson went on to say these resources are available for the new Master Franchisee, and they hope to develop a number of new franchises in the Montgomery, Alabama area.
“JAN-PRO currently has a presence in Alabama, but we looking to expand that. We want to reach a new net of clients and we think we can accomplish that by developing the territory with a Master Franchisee in Montgomery,” Thompson said.
